Any agreements, viewings, transactions or disputes between you and any agent, owner or service provider are strictly between you and that party. Hammrly may charge agents, brokers, developers or other partners fees for premium listings, featured placements, subscriptions or other value‑added services. Any such fees, billing cycles and refund policies will be communicated at the time of purchase or in the applicable service terms.

Unless explicitly stated, Hammrly is not a party to any payment or financial arrangement between clients and agents for property transactions, commissions or service charges.
